A modern haven in Hamburg
The deluxe room was spacious and spotless, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to the morning, featuring excellent selections. The friendly front desk staff added a personal touch to my stay, making every interaction pleasant.
Finding the hotel entrance was a bit challenging, especially at night due to insufficient signage. Although I appreciated the cleanliness, the street noise was quite disruptive, making it difficult to sleep comfortably through the night.

was this hotel designed as a maze? after wandering for ages to find the entrance, I barely received a basic welcome. noise from the street in my standard single room was unbearable—talk about a good night’s sleep! a little upgrade for the unendurable discomfort would have gone a long way, but apparently that’s too much to ask.

Modern design, spacious rooms, well-functioning internet
Noise disturbances from the street are unbearable!!! Maintenance should address the broken shower faucet issues immediately. Poor lighting in rooms affects comfort, and missing basic amenities like slippers is just unacceptable!!!

I really enjoyed my stay. the room was clean and comfy. The breakfast was a tasty treat that kickstarted my day. I was bummed I didn't get a chance to use the sauna and swimming pool, they looked inviting! The only hiccup was the need to find parking, so just keep that in mind when you arrive. 😊

I had an awesome group trip with friends. The hotel was a great spot, close to the city center where we spent time shopping and soaking in the sights. The staff was really friendly, and the overall vibe was welcoming. Our room was cozy and perfect for our needs.

The room was clean and pleasant, and the breakfast selection was decent (the croissants were a nice touch! ). The parking space was easy enough to find, which is always a plus. a cozy spot to recharge.
Cannot find any fault.

central stay near parks and great dining options
the hotel was modern, smart, and comfortable, making it a great base for exploring with easy access to the beautiful Ojendorfer Park, just a short stroll away, and plenty of excellent restaurants right around the corner to enjoy after a day of sightseeing.

This hotel was a strong match for a budget stay in Hamburg with excellent value for money. The room I stayed in was small but had a queen bed that was comfortable. Bring your own flip-flops because they don't provide slippers in the room.

comfortable stay but basic amenities lacking
The breakfast selection was delightful and energizing each morning! The bed provided a restful night’s sleep, ensuring I was well-rested for my daily adventures. Ms. Delimah and the team were a highlight, as they delivered attentive service during my entire stay.
One aspect that needed improvement was the absence of basic amenities like slippers.
